We are seeking a skilled Fit-Out Architect with 4-7 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and executing interior fit-out projects, ensuring functionality, aesthetics, and compliance with industry standards. You will collaborate with clients, contractors, and design teams to deliver high-quality interior spaces.
Key Responsibilities: * Design & Planning:

• Develop detailed architectural and interior design concepts for commercial, residential, and retail fit-outs.
• Prepare space planning, layouts, and 3D visualizations using software like AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or 3ds Max.
• Select materials, finishes, and furnishings in line with client requirements and budget constraints.
• Project Execution:

• Oversee the entire fit-out process from concept to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and consultants to ensure smooth project execution.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress, resolve issues, and ensure quality control.
• Documentation & Compliance:

• Prepare detailed drawings, BOQs (Bill of Quantities), and technical specifications.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and sustainability standards.
• Client & Stakeholder Management:

• Liaise with clients to understand their needs and present design proposals.
• Work closely with project managers, engineers, and interior designers to deliver cohesive solutions.
• Innovation & Trends:

• Stay updated with the latest trends in fit-out design, materials, and construction techniques.
• Recommend innovative and cost-effective design solutions.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or Interior Design.
• 4-7 years of experience in fit-out/interior architecture, preferably in commercial, retail, or hospitality projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max, Adobe Creative Suite, and MS Office.
• Strong knowledge of materials, FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment), and construction detailing.
• Excellent project management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple projects.

• Experience in site supervision and contractor coordination.
• Knowledge of sustainable design practices (LEED/WELL certification is a plus).
• Familiarity with local building codes and regulations.
