Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented

Draftsman

with a minimum of

2 years of UAE experience

in

MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing)

and

Interior Fit-Out

projects. The ideal candidate should be proficient in AutoCAD and have a strong understanding of construction drawings and site coordination.

DEWA-approved candidates will be given preference

.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare detailed MEP and fit-out shop drawings as per project specifications and consultant requirements. Revise drawings based on engineers' and site feedback. Coordinate with design, engineering, and site teams to ensure drawing accuracy and timely submission. Ensure all drawings comply with UAE and DEWA standards and guidelines. Maintain and update drawing logs and documentation. Assist in quantity take-offs from drawings when required. Attend site visits and meetings when necessary to gather information or resolve drawing-related issues.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of UAE experience

as a Draftsman in MEP and Fit-Out sectors. Proficient in

AutoCAD

, with strong drafting and layout skills. Knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and authority approvals (especially

DEWA

). Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines. Good communication skills and ability to interpret engineering and architectural drawings.
