Fit-Out Admin
. This role is ideal for someone with technical knowledge who prefers administrative and coordination work within the office but remains connected to project site operations. You will play a key role in processing approvals, managing documentation, and supporting the fit-out team's day-to-day activities from the office.
Key Responsibilities:
Review and process site-related documents such as Method Statements, Shop Drawings, and Permits.
Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and clients regarding documentation and approval workflows.
Monitor and follow up on submissions to ensure timely approvals.
Maintain organized records of all fit-out documents and site communications.
Provide administrative support to the fit-out team including scheduling, reporting, and data entry.
Conduct occasional site visits for coordination and document verification.
Assist in procurement documentation and liaising with suppliers/subcontractors as needed.
Ensure compliance with project timelines and office procedures.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
Preferably licensed or with engineering/technical training background.
Strong organizational and administrative skills.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); knowledge in AutoCAD or similar is a plus.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and reliable.
Preferably with previous experience in fit-out or construction project support roles.

Pay: From AED3,000.00 per month
