You're energetic, enthusiastic, passionate and you love fitness. You like to have fun in a fast paced vibrant training environment! You're confident, outgoing, positive, dedicated, creative, punctual, tactful, proactive, flexible, honest, results oriented mature team player and able to work under minimum supervision. Our Trainers are responsible for leading Small Group (cycle) and Private Power Plate training classes. You must deliver dynamic instructions, drive motivation, ensure proper form and safety, help make each session the best 27 minutes of a client's day! Specification / Skills / Experience
- Minimum 2+ years Group Training Experience
- Certification REPS or comparable certification
- Certification First Aid / CPR
- Certification Exercise to Music or equivalent
- Good knowledge of lifestyle issues, weight control, and healthy nutrition
- Fluent in English
- Excellent verbal communication skills with ability to command a room
- Proven ability to teach and motivate others
- Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
- Computer skills (Word, Outlook, Excel)
