Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic and professional

Female Fitness Instructor

to join a premium wellness facility in Doha, Qatar. The ideal candidate will deliver high-quality group fitness classes, motivate members, and represent the brand with professionalism and enthusiasm.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver engaging, safe, and high-energy group fitness classes across one or more of the following formats: Les Mills (BodyPump, BodyCombat, BodyAttack) TRX / Suspension Training Spinning / Indoor Cycling Circuit Training / HIIT / Functional Training Zumba, Step Aerobics, Traditional Aerobics, Belly Dance Adapt workouts to suit different fitness levels while maintaining proper technique and safety Provide clear verbal and visual cues during classes Create a motivating and inclusive environment to encourage member retention Build strong rapport with members before and after classes Provide feedback, encouragement, and safe progressions to support members' fitness goals Promote upcoming classes, workshops, and wellness programs Maintain studio cleanliness, equipment readiness, and class setup Represent the brand professionally and participate in events, photoshoots, and promotional activities

Requirements & Qualifications

Female candidates only

Minimum

2-3 years of group fitness instruction experience

in a studio, gym, or boutique setting Certified in

at least 3

of the following: Les Mills (active license preferred) TRX Suspension Training Spinning / Indoor Cycling Zumba Step / Aerobics Belly Dance

CPR & First Aid certification required

Fluent in

English

(Arabic is an advantage but not mandatory) Excellent physical conditioning and presentable, professional appearance Experience in

luxury or premium wellness environments

is an advantage Strong stage presence, leadership, and motivational skills Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
