Overseeing accounting, bank processes and money handling, monitoring the financial data and recommending solutions to improve profitability

Qualifications Bachelor s degree in business or other relevant field and 5 years direct experience in a similar role or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Align the Ecommerce sales strategy with the overall business strategy
Generate Ecommerce business leads, follow the whole sales cycle and ensure smooth transition into operations
Must be able to oversee, plan, organize and support the organizations operations cycle.
Must have some human resources experience managing, coaching and directing a team.
Must be collaborate with senior management and all staff.
Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Must have experience in customer service satisfaction.
Must have excellent logistical planning skills and experience.
Must have general understanding of finances with solid experience with contracts.
