Fitness Equipment Sales & Business Development Manager

Job Description

  • Maintain current client relationship and identifying areas for potential clients
  • Contacting potential clients to establish a business relationship and meet with them
  • Develop new sales areas and improving sales through various methods
  • Research the latest in the business industry and creating new opportunities to expand business
  • Collaborate with sales and backend team to ensure requirements are met, such as sales numbers and profit goals
  • Train junior salespeople to improve sales goals and meet expectations
  • Strong understanding of company products or services as well as business position and competition to keep business competitive
  • Making sure that all operations run smoothly and align with quality standards
  • Overseeing accounting, bank processes and money handling, monitoring the financial data and recommending solutions to improve profitability
  • Creating strategies and policies for company growth
  • Employing means to keep company costs down
  • Conducting staff performance reviews and motivating staff
  • Managing market initiatives and maximize business performance to reach the customer and company goals
  • Achieving better business practices
Qualifications Bachelor s degree in business or other relevant field and 5 years direct experience in a similar role or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
  • Align the Ecommerce sales strategy with the overall business strategy
  • Generate Ecommerce business leads, follow the whole sales cycle and ensure smooth transition into operations
  • Must be able to oversee, plan, organize and support the organizations operations cycle.
  • Must have some human resources experience managing, coaching and directing a team.
  • Must be collaborate with senior management and all staff.
  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must have experience in customer service satisfaction.
  • Must have excellent logistical planning skills and experience.
  • Must have general understanding of finances with solid experience with contracts.
  • Demonstrated organizational, and time management.
  • Ability to work as a member of a team or individually.
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office and other software systems.

Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED4,500.00 - AED6,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
