We are a fitness centre located in Abu Dhabi looking for a receptionist / admin to join and support the team on various admin tasks as well as sales and client handling.
Respond to calls, emails, whatsapp messages and letters, direct inquiries to the appropriate trainer
Welcome members to the club and assist them with whatever they need
Welcome new clients interested in joining the club, give them a tour of the club with a view to sell gym membership
Receiving client leads and inquiries and processing bookings
Process client's purchases, payments, update membership subscription etc...
Manage training booking sessions, send out booking reminders to clients, communicate with clients by email and whatsapp
Maintain client's contact information
Doing Inventory / Stock take and updating records
Assist in preparing payroll by providing time sheets for team
Fulfill various admin / reception / paperwork duties as needed
Experience working at a Fitness Centre is a bonus but not a must
