to join our fitness center in Arjan, Dubai. As the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming and professional atmosphere.

Responsibilities:
Front Desk Operations:
Greet and welcome clients and visitors professionally.
Answer and direct incoming calls efficiently.
Handle and respond to
WhatsApp inquiries promptly and professionally
.
Maintain a clean and organized reception area at all times.
Customer Service:
Assist clients with inquiries and provide accurate information.
Handle customer concerns with courtesy and professionalism.
Maintain a positive and friendly environment for all visitors.
Administrative Support:
Use Microsoft Word and Excel for document creation and editing.
Manage appointment scheduling and maintain daily calendars.
Handle mail, deliveries, and basic office organization.
Communication & Social Media:
Communicate effectively with team members and management.
Support basic social media posting and interaction.
Use
Canva or similar tools for simple visual editing
(e.g., flyers, schedules, announcements).
Basic Cleaning:
Ensure the
reception area is clean and tidy
throughout the day.
Keep supplies organized and report low stock when needed.
Requirements:
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
Minimum
2 years' experience
in a receptionist or customer service role.
Skills:
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
Basic math/finance skills
(handling petty cash, simple reporting).
Familiarity with
social media platforms
(Instagram, Facebook).
Ability to create basic visuals using
Canva or similar editing tools
.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong
time management, organization, and attention to detail
.
