Key responsibilities
include end-to-end project management--from authority approvals and documentation control to site coordination, stakeholder communication, and quality assurance. You will ensure that all projects are executed in line with BOQ, timelines, and safety regulations while maintaining high-quality standards. Regular site visits, safety audits, and progress reporting are integral to the role.
The candidate must have
a minimum of 5 years' experience
managing commercial fit-out projects, with proven capability in handling authority submissions and project handovers. Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills are essential, along with proficiency in MS Office and project tracking tools.
