Fit Out Project Manager
Job Location : Dubai, UAE
Job Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage fit-out projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines, regulatory/statutory requirements and quality standards
Develop detailed project plans, including scope, schedule, resources, and budget
Ensure all project activities are executed according to the plan
Be the focal points for project execution, ensuring effective collaboration and communication among all (internal) team members
Act as the main point of contact for clients when it comes to technical matters, understanding their needs and expectations, providing regular updates, and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction
Monitor project progress and quality, conducting regular site inspections and resolving any issues that arise to ensure adherence to project specifications and standards
Track expenses and ensure cost-effective project delivery
Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
