The Project Engineer is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing interior fit-out projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality workmanship, and adherence to safety and client requirements.
Assist the Project Manager in preparing project schedules, work programs, and material forecasts.
2. Site Execution
Supervise daily site works for joinery, gypsum, partitions, ceilings, flooring, MEP coordination, and finishing works.
3. Material & Procurement
Prepare material take-offs and request materials as per project needs.
4. Quality & Safety
Monitor workmanship and ensure compliance with company quality standards.
5. Client & Consultant Coordination
Attend site meetings and coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors.
6. Documentation
Prepare daily site reports, progress reports, and documentation.
Qualifications & Skills:
Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering/Architecture or related field.
Minimum
10
years of experience in interior fit-out projects (depending on level).
Strong knowledge of joinery, gypsum, MEP coordination, and finishes.
Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Office.
Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
