Job Description
A leading fit-out company in the UAE is looking for a Post-Contract Quantity Surveyor to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage project costs after contract award
- Prepare and agree variations and interim valuations
- Handle sub-contractor payments
- Support project and site teams
- Prepare and close final accounts
- UAE-based post-contract experience in fit-out is essential
- Minimum 1.5 years UAE-based fit out experience is needed
- Strong understanding of post-contract processes
- Good communication and reporting skills
- Degree in Quantity Surveying or similar preferred
