to join our growing holiday homes business in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for aesthetics, experience in residential fit outs, and a passion for creating stylish, functional, and welcoming interiors tailored for short-term rental guests. Candidates with
social media experience
or a strong visual portfolio presence are highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the interior design and fit out of new holiday home properties, from concept to completion.
Source and coordinate furnishings, decor, and materials within budget and timelines.
Liaise with contractors, vendors, and property managers to ensure timely and quality execution.
Design with the guest experience in mind - comfort, aesthetics, and Instagrammable moments.
Regularly update design trends to keep properties competitive in the holiday home market.
If applicable, contribute to social media content by showcasing design work, before-and-after transformations, and styling tips.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in interior design, preferably within the residential or hospitality sector.
Strong portfolio demonstrating creative and functional interior spaces.
Experience in fit out project management in Dubai is a major plus.
Proficient in design tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar.
Knowledge of UAE suppliers, sourcing, and local compliance standards.
Social media skills (Instagram, TikTok, or content creation) are a strong advantage.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
