Job Description
You will be responsible for the onsite supervision of labour and subcontractors. You will need to understand the following: Setting out: walls, ceilings, floors, drawing works, metal works, etc. Quality control Detailed coordination of all installation MEP services coordination (above and below ceilings) You must be able to read drawings and understand specifications Keep daily records of works done, program, contract charges, etc. Core Skills: Responsible for site, health & safety Planning and sub-contractor interface Be effective and efficient Share knowledge and upskill labour force Be proactive and productive. Have high level of honesty and integrity Requirements: ITI or equivalent Driving License 10 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in a Fit-Out business (Residencial Fit Out, Commercial Fit Out, Retail Fit Out).
