We are seeking an experienced and certified Engineer/Designer with a DM Certificate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a thorough understanding of the principles of FIT-OUT and civil engineering and be able to apply this knowledge to design, construct, and oversee projects, ensuring compliance with approved drawings. With vast of experience in Commercial Fit-out and residential refurbishments.
Manage and oversee overall projects ensuring safety and efficiency standards.
Prepare detailed project schedules, and planning.
Manage the project team to deliver projects within time and budget constraints.
Conduct site evaluations to ensure project feasibility and compliance with regulations.
Coordinate with client and management.
Review designs and approve technical specifications, and drawings.
Ensure compliance with relevant local and national engineering codes and regulations.
Prepare and present engineering reports to CEO
Identify and resolve any project deviations and implement corrective actions promptly.
Stay updated with industry trends and technological advancements to improve project outcomes.
