Job:
We need a coordinator to handle material take-offs, purchasing, and site support for our fit-out projects.
What You'll Do:
AutoCAD (QTO): Calculate material quantities from drawings. Purchasing: Buy MEP, HVAC, and civil materials, manage suppliers. Site Support: Manage a team of 20+ workers, oversee site work. Materials: Know your MEP, HVAC, and civil construction materials.
You Should Have:
3+ years of fit-out coordination experience. Strong AutoCAD (QTO) and purchasing experience. Ability to manage site workers. Good knowledge of construction materials.
