Responsibilities:

Manage subcontractors to help deliver the project on time and within budget.
Supervise the project planning, site contractors, and ensure work is completed to a satisfactory standard.
Supervise the fit-out works including all interior fixings and equipment.
Ensure client satisfaction throughout the project lifeline.
Handover of the facility to the end client after project completion.

Requirements:

Minimum of 7 years of experience in a contracting company UAE (preferred).
Residential / commercial background - offices, hotels, retail, leisure or logistics.
Ability to communicate effectively in English and Arabic language.
Fit-out expertise.
Experience in retrofit / refurbishment projects.
Ability to build and develop relationships e.g., marketing relationships with external professionals and clients, strategic relationships with contractors and suppliers.
Must be able to work in UAE & have car or driving license is a plus.
