  • Delivering training sessions to the company's clients, these sessions could be in-person, online, or a combination of both.
  • Ensure that the training content is presented clearly and engagingly, fostering a positive learning environment.
  • Conduct engaging and informative first aid training sessions for external clients.
  • Customize training content to meet the specific needs of diverse industries and client groups with per management approval
  • Conducting and assist in demonstrations and practical exercises that allow participants to apply safety.
  • Address participant questions, provide clarifications, and ensure a thorough understanding of safety concepts and practices.
  • Conduct training sessions in a clear, organized, and professional manner, using a variety of instructional techniques to ensure training attendees understanding.
  • Administer assessments to evaluate participants' understanding and mastery of first aid concepts.
  • Adjust training content and delivery style based on the participants' background, experience, and learning pace.
  • Assist training managers develop training materials, presentations, and resources that cover various first aid topics. This may involve researching regulations, industry standards, and best practices to create effective training content.
  • Tailor training materials and content to align with the client's specific requirements and industry regulations as per company's instruction.
  • Stay updated on safety regulations, industry trends, and effective training methodologies to enhance training delivery.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of training content based on participant feedback, industry developments, and training effectiveness
  • Provide constructive feedback to participants and recommend additional training if necessary.
  • Ensure to follow company's training protocols/ SOP.
  • Organizing and setting up training venues, equipment, and materials to ensure smooth training delivery.
  • Follow the training trackers on time and coordinate with the training coordinator for the timely delivery of the training programs.
  • Assisting the training coordinator to coordinate with the site and location
  • Make sure that all the trainings courses delivered are done and in line with the standards as set by the company.
  • Arriving early, setting up the training area to our high standards
  • Make sure all delegates paper work is filled and sent to the training coordinator in a timely manner.
  • Pass if any sales enquiries quickly efficiently to the sales representative
  • Pass on any coordination enquiries quickly and efficiently to the training coordinator (in office or client site)

Desire candidate profile
  • Bachelor's Degree (Nursing Degree will be preferred) o Certification as a First Aid/CPR/AED Instructor from a recognized organization. o Must be approved by authorities in Dubai (DCAS, Trakhees, Other international First Aid Bodies) o Train the Trainer Certificate o Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety will be an added advantage o NEBOSH Level 3 will be an added advantage o Proven experience at least 6 years (min 3 years' experience in UAE) in delivering first aid training either in house or Third Party in a diverse range of industries. o Strong knowledge of first aid principles, emergency response procedures, and safety protocols. o Able to multitask, prioritize, manage time efficiently, eager to learn and adaptive and flexible attitude o Excellent communication and presentation skills o Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently when required. o Organizational skills to manage training schedules, materials, and client relationship o Proficient in IT (Windows Operating System, MS Office specially PowerPoint and Tools) o Language proficiency in English and Hindi, other languages will be added advantage o UAE Driving License will be an added advantage
