Position Overview:

We are hiring experienced and committed Firefighters to join our professional fire and rescue team. This position requires individuals with 2 to 4 years of proven firefighting experience who are physically fit, disciplined, and ready to respond to emergency situations, protect lives and property, and ensure community safety.

Transportation and accommodation will be provided by the employer.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond promptly and safely to fire, medical, and rescue emergencies. Perform firefighting duties including suppression, search and rescue, ventilation, and salvage. Operate firefighting vehicles, equipment, and tools with competence and safety. Administer first aid and basic life support until medical personnel arrive. Participate in training exercises, safety drills, and continuous education programs. Assist in fire prevention and inspection duties. Maintain fire station, equipment, and vehicles in a state of readiness. Follow safety procedures and department protocols at all times. Complete required reports and documentation accurately and in a timely manner.

Minimum Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent. 2-4 years of relevant firefighting experience. Valid driver's license. Firefighter I & II certification (or equivalent recognized certification). EMT-B or higher (depending on local requirement). Ability to pass physical fitness and medical tests. Clear criminal background.

Preferred Qualifications:

Advanced training or certification in rescue, hazardous materials, or EMS. Experience working in urban, industrial, or high-risk environments. Team leadership or supervisory experience is a plus.
