Branch Head
to lead and grow our
Abu Dhabi
operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure smooth functioning of Abu Dhabi branch.
Build and manage client relationships across government, commercial, and industrial sectors.
Lead a team of engineers, technicians, and support staff to deliver AMC, rectification, and emergency services.
Monitor KPIs, P&L, budgeting, and project timelines.
Drive business development, site inspections, and client follow-ups.
Ensure all compliance and safety standards are met per Civil Defense and local authority regulations.
Qualifications:
Minimum 5+ years in fire protection or related industry, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Strong knowledge of UAE Civil Defense procedures.
Excellent communication and decision-making skills.
Valid UAE driving license.
Arabic proficiency is a plus.
