Main Responsibilities:
Knowledge of replacing components in fire pump equipment, fire pump control panels, and diesel engines.
Experience in fault finding and troubleshooting various fire pump control panels.
Familiarity with the calibration of pressure transducers, flow meters, and conducting annual flow testing. Full awareness and ability to implement Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM), Corrective Maintenance (CM), and Breakdown Maintenance (BD).
Handle, service, test, and repair fire pumps, including electrical, diesel, jockey pumps, and associated valves and controllers.
Handle, service, test, and repair fire sprinkler systems and associated valves, including ZCV and alarm check valves.
Handle, service, test, and repair pre-action and deluge systems, including associated control panels, detectors, and compressors.
Handle, service, test, and repair foam extinguishing systems and related components, including monitors, tanks, and pumps.
Handle, service, test, and repair fire hydrants and associated pipes and valves
