Review, analyse, and prepare Oil & Gas tender documents (
technical & commercial
).

Develop accurate cost estimations, quotations, and proposals in line with client requirements.
Coordinate with suppliers, OEMs, and subcontractors to obtain competitive pricing and technical data.
Ensure compliance with tender specifications, standards, and company policies.
Participate in pre-bid meetings, clarifications, and client negotiations.
Maintain and track the tender pipeline to identify upcoming opportunities.
Support management in achieving sales targets within the Oil & Gas sector.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in mechanical/electrical engineering or related field.
UPDA & QCDD Certified.
3-6 years of experience in
sales, estimation, and tendering for fire protection systems
.
Proven expertise in
technical and commercial proposal preparation
.
Strong knowledge of NFPA standards, Oil & Gas tendering procedures, and fire protection systems (fire alarm, suppression, hydrants, sprinklers, foam, etc.).
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Fluent in English
