We are seeking an experienced

Fire Fighting Foreman

to join our construction team for

high-rise building projects

in the UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising all fire fighting works at the site, ensuring compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and local authority regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and execute all

fire fighting installation works

, including sprinkler systems, fire pumps, hydrants, hose reels, and related piping systems. Coordinate with site engineers, MEP teams, and consultants to ensure work is completed as per approved drawings and project schedules. Ensure compliance with

UAE Civil Defense regulations

and project safety requirements. Manage and guide technicians, helpers, and subcontractors on daily site activities. Inspect installed systems for quality and accuracy before testing and commissioning. Monitor material usage and report shortages or issues to the site engineer. Attend site meetings and assist in resolving technical or coordination issues. Maintain daily progress reports and ensure work quality and safety on site.

Qualifications & Skills:

Diploma or Technical Certificate in Mechanical or Fire Protection field. Minimum

5 years of UAE experience

in

fire fighting works for high-rise buildings

. Strong knowledge of

NFPA standards, UAE Civil Defense codes, and local authority approval procedures

. Ability to read and understand MEP drawings and specifications. Excellent supervision, communication, and leadership skills. Ability to manage a team and ensure timely project completion.
