Job Title: Fire Fighting Supervisor

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Fire Fighting Supervisor to oversee fire protection installation, maintenance, and safety operations. The ideal candidate must have strong technical knowledge of fire fighting systems, excellent leadership skills, and a proactive approach to safety compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise fire fighting technicians and ensure day-to-day site activities are completed efficiently. Coordinate installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of fire fighting systems (FM200, fire pumps, hydrants, sprinklers, hose reels, extinguishers, etc.). Ensure all works comply with UAE Fire Code, Civil Defense regulations, and company standards. Conduct site inspections, identify hazards, and implement safety measures. Prepare daily progress reports and update project managers. Liaise with Civil Defense officials for inspections and approvals. Provide on-site guidance, troubleshooting, and technical support. Ensure proper documentation, material checks, and quality control.

Requirements:

Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Fire Fighting Supervisor or similar role in UAE. Strong knowledge of fire protection systems and Civil Defense procedures. UAE Driving License (preferred). Ability to read drawings, BOQs, and technical documents. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Civil Defense certification is an advantage.
