We are seeking a proactive and technically grounded
Fire Fighting Coordinator
to join our team in the UAE. This is a unique role that combines
Engineering knowledge
with
Operational Coordination
and
Sales Support
.
The successful candidate will be the central point of contact for our maintenance and service division, ensuring that every lead is tracked, every quotation is accurate, and every customer is followed up with professionalism.
The Role at a Glance
As a Fire Fighting Coordinator, you are responsible for the administrative and technical "engine room" of our service department. You will take ownership of the lifecycle of AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts) and Callout requests--from initial lead entry in the ERP to the final closing of the deal.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Management:
Create and manage leads for AMCs and emergency callouts within the ERP system, ensuring all data is accurate and up-to-date.
Quotation Quality Control:
Review technical reports and quotations post-estimation to ensure they meet both company standards and client requirements before submission.
Proposal Submission:
Manage the formal dispatch of quotations and technical proposals to customers via professional email correspondence.
Sales Pipeline Follow-up:
Proactively follow up with clients on submitted quotations to address clarifications, negotiate terms, and successfully close the deal.
Mail & Communication Handling:
Act as the primary point of contact for incoming service inquiries, managing the department's email flow and ensuring timely responses.
Inter-departmental Coordination:
Liaise between the Estimation, Survey, and Operations teams to ensure a smooth transition from a lead to an active service job.
Mandatory Requirements
Candidates must meet the following criteria to be considered:
Education:
Bachelor's Degree in
Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
. (Technical background is essential for reviewing reports).
Industry Experience:
2-4 years of experience in a coordination or sales support role within the
Fire Systems / MEP
industry in the UAE.
ERP Proficiency:
Hands-on experience using ERP software for lead and quote management.
Language:
Excellent command of written and spoken English for professional mail handling.
Skills & Qualifications
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage a high volume of emails and follow-ups.
A "closer" mindset--comfortable with reaching out to clients to push for deal finalization.
Technical understanding of firefighting systems (sprinklers, pumps, extinguishers etc.) to review service reports intelligently.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple client inquiries simultaneously.
