Install and configure fire alarm systems, including panels, wiring, detectors, and other related components.
Ensure systems are installed in compliance with relevant codes, standards, and manufacturer guidelines.
Maintenance & Inspection:
Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure fire alarm systems are fully functional.
Identify and address system malfunctions or issues to maintain system reliability.
Troubleshooting & Repairs:
Diagnose system faults using diagnostic tools and resolve technical issues promptly.
Replace faulty components or upgrade outdated systems as required.
Compliance & Documentation:
Ensure all work complies with local fire codes, safety standards, and regulations.
Maintain accurate records of installations, inspections, repairs, and testing activities.
Customer Interaction:
Educate customers on the proper use and maintenance of fire alarm systems.
Provide excellent customer service, addressing concerns and ensuring satisfaction.
