Job Description

1. Fire alarm Technician

Install, maintain, inspect, and repair fire alarm systems (addressable and conventional). Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and commissioning. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals. Ensure compliance with local fire codes and NFPA standards. Complete and submit inspection reports and documentation accurately. Maintain tools and equipment in proper working order.

Qualifications:

Diploma or certification in Electrical / Electronics or equivalent. Minimum 2-5 years experience in fire alarm systems.

2. Fire alarm Supervisor

Supervise daily activities of fire alarm technicians and helpers. Plan, schedule, and monitor installation and testing tasks. Ensure compliance with fire codes, drawings, and standards. Interface with consultants, clients, and civil defense authorities. Review material submittals and drawings (shop & as-built). Perform quality checks and report site progress. Train and guide technical team members.

Qualifications:

Diploma/Degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering. Minimum 5-7 years of relevant experience with supervisory background. Hands-on knowledge of major fire alarm brands and protocols. Proficient in site coordination and documentation. Strong leadership and communication skills.

3. Fire alarm Forman

Lead and manage fire alarm technicians and helpers on-site. Execute daily installation, conduit/cable routing, and device mounting. Interpret construction drawings and coordinate layout. Assist in material take-off and ensure correct material usage. Report daily progress to the supervisor. Ensure safety and quality on-site.

Qualifications:

ITI/Diploma or relevant vocational training. 3-6 years of fire alarm fieldwork experience. Knowledge of installation standards and procedures. Good coordination and team-handling skills.

4. Fire alarm Technicians

Assist technicians in installation of conduits, cables, and fire alarm devices. Carry materials and tools to job sites. Perform cutting, drilling, and mounting as directed. Clean up work areas and maintain a safe working environment. Learn and follow safety procedures and instructions.

Qualifications:

High school education or basic technical knowledge. 0-2 years of site assistance experience. Willingness to learn technical skills. Physically fit and able to work long hours.
