Perform routine inspection, testing, and maintenance (ITM) of fire alarm systems in accordance with NFPA, local codes, and company standards.
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair fire alarm system faults and malfunctions.
Install and commission fire alarm panels, detectors, modules, and related devices.
Ensure proper documentation of inspections, maintenance records, and service reports.
Conduct preventive maintenance to reduce equipment failures and extend system life.
Respond to emergency service calls to resolve fire alarm issues promptly.
Coordinate with clients, facility managers, and other team members to ensure systems are fully functional.
Provide technical support and guidance to junior technicians or apprentices.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all activities.
