Job Description

Job Responsibilities:



Installation & Maintenance

: Install, inspect, test, and maintain

addressable fire alarm systems

. Perform troubleshooting, repairs, and upgrades on existing systems.

Commissioning & Configuration

: Program and commission

addressable fire alarm panels

(e.g., loop configuration, device mapping, sensitivity adjustments). Ensure systems comply with

NFPA, EN, or local fire safety standards

.

Cable Pulling & Wiring

: Handle

cable pulling, termination, and labeling

for addressable loops. Verify proper wiring and connectivity of detectors, modules, and notification devices.

Testing & Documentation

: Conduct

system functionality tests

(alarms, diagnostics, battery checks). Maintain accurate service reports, inspection logs, and as-built drawings.

Driving Requirement

:

valid driver's license is a plus point

(company vehicle provided for site visits).

Qualifications & Skills:



Technical Knowledge

: Expertise in

addressable fire alarm systems

.

Physical Ability

: Comfortable working at heights (lifts/ladders) and pulling cables in confined spaces.

Soft Skills

: Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, and customer service skills.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
