Install, inspect, maintain, and repair fire alarm systems and related components (e.g., smoke detectors, control panels, annunciators).
Perform regular testing and inspections in accordance with NFPA, local, and state codes.
Diagnose and troubleshoot system issues and make necessary repairs or adjustments.
Program fire alarm control panels and devices per specifications.
Maintain detailed service records, inspection reports, and maintenance logs.
Work with other trades and contractors on installation projects or repairs.
Ensure compliance with safety policies and regulatory guidelines.
Respond to emergency service calls during or after business hours as required.
Provide customer training on system use and maintenance as needed.
Keep up-to-date with fire safety standards, technologies, and manufacturer instructions.
