Diploma / ITI (or equivalent)Job Responsibilities:
Supervise, monitor, and coordinate all fire alarm installation, testing, and commissioning activities. Ensure compliance with UAE Fire & Life Safety Code, NFPA standards, and Civil Defense requirements. Conduct site inspections and verify the quality of fire alarm system installations. Lead a team of technicians and allocate daily tasks for smooth project execution. Prepare reports, checklists, and documentation for inspection and approvals. Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and Civil Defense for approvals and inspections. Troubleshoot fire alarm systems, control panels, detectors, and addressable devices. Ensure safety procedures are followed on site. Support in preparing material submittals, method statements, and as-built drawings.
Skills & Competencies:
Strong knowledge of fire alarm systems (conventional & addressable). Hands-on experience with major fire alarm brands Excellent leadership, team management, and communication skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Requirements:
Minimum 7-10 years of relevant experience in fire alarm systems. Knowledge of fire alarm programming and troubleshooting. UAE Driving License Civil Defense Card (preferred).
