Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced

Fire Alarm Supervisor

to oversee the installation, maintenance, and inspection of fire alarm systems across commercial and industrial sites. The ideal candidate will lead a team of technicians, ensure compliance with safety standards, and coordinate with clients and contractors to deliver high-quality fire protection solutions

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate daily activities of fire alarm technicians Plan and execute fire alarm system installations, upgrades, and troubleshooting Ensure all work complies with local fire codes, NFPA standards, and client specifications Conduct site inspections and quality checks to verify system integrity and performance Maintain accurate documentation of service reports, testing records, and compliance logs Train and mentor junior technicians on safety protocols and technical procedures Liaise with project managers, contractors, and clients to ensure timely delivery of services Respond to emergency service calls and provide technical support when needed.

Qualifications

Diploma / ITI / BE in Electronics Engineering or Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering Minimum 2-3 years of experience in fire alarm systems, with at least 1 years in a supervisory role Strong knowledge of fire alarm systems Familiarity with NFPA codes, UAE Civil Defense regulations, and international standards Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Must have a valid UAE driving license Ability to travel to multiple sites as required
