We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Fire Alarm & Fire Fighting Foreman to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge and hands-on experience in installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting fire alarm systems and fire fighting equipment. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to ensuring safety and compliance with all relevant regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and lead a team of technicians in the installation, maintenance, and repair of fire alarm systems and fire fighting equipment.
Conduct regular inspections and tests of fire alarms, sprinklers, and other fire suppression systems.
Ensure all work is performed in compliance with local, state, and federal fire safety regulations and standards.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues with fire alarm systems and fire fighting equipment promptly.
Maintain accurate records of inspections, maintenance, and repairs.
Coordinate with other departments and contractors to ensure seamless integration and functionality of fire safety systems.
Provide training and guidance to team members on fire safety protocols and equipment handling.
Respond to emergency situations and ensure the safety and security of personnel and property.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Fire Alarm & Fire Fighting Foreman or in a similar supervisory role.
Strong knowledge of fire alarm systems, fire fighting equipment, and relevant safety codes and standards.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Relevant certifications in fire alarm systems and fire fighting equipment (e.g., NICET, NFPA) are highly desirable.
Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certifications in fire alarm systems and fire fighting equipment preferred.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in the fire safety industry, with at least 4 years in a supervisory role.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
