We are seeking a Fintech Partnerships Manager to lead this initiative, focusing on affiliate recruitment, relationship management, and program optimization.
Job Summary
The Fintech Partnerships Manager will be responsible for managing and scaling our affiliate program, which forms a critical part of our partnership ecosystem. This includes recruiting, onboarding, and nurturing affiliate partners, as well as driving their performance to achieve traffic, conversion, and revenue goals.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in affiliate marketing, a deep understanding of the fintech and bullion trading industries, and strong relationship management skills. This is a strategic role that combines creativity, data-driven decision-making, and a passion for building impactful partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
1. Affiliate Recruitment and Management
Identify, recruit, and onboard high-performing affiliates globally to promote Upway Group's fintech and bullion trading solutions.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with affiliate partners to ensure their satisfaction and sustained engagement.
Act as the primary point of contact for affiliates, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing program updates.
2. Program Optimization and Growth
Monitor affiliate performance metrics (e.g., traffic, conversion rates, revenue) and implement strategies to improve results.
Optimize commission structures, campaigns, and promotional materials to maximize affiliate engagement and program profitability.
Stay informed about trends in affiliate marketing and the fintech industry to ensure the program remains competitive and relevant.
3. Marketing and Promotions
Collaborate with the marketing team to create impactful affiliate marketing materials, such as banners, landing pages, and email templates.
Develop and execute promotional campaigns specifically tailored for affiliates, driving traffic and conversions to Upway Group's fintech and bullion trading platforms.
Provide affiliates with product training and marketing support to help them effectively promote Upway Group's offerings.
4. Compliance and Quality Assurance
Ensure all affiliate activities comply with legal, regulatory, and company policies, including Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) standards.
Monitor affiliate campaigns and traffic sources to detect and prevent fraudulent or non-compliant activities.
5. Reporting and Analysis
Track, analyze, and report on affiliate program performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations to management.
Use data to identify high-performing affiliates and create tailored strategies to scale their contributions.
Provide regular updates on program performance, challenges, and opportunities to senior leadership.
Qualifications and Skills
Required Skills
Strong understanding of affiliate marketing models (e.g., CPA, CPL, Revenue Share) and experience managing affiliate programs in the fintech or bullion trading industries.
Proven ability to recruit, onboard, and manage affiliate networks to meet growth and revenue targets.
Solid knowledge of the fintech industry and bullion trading markets, including client acquisition strategies and industry trends.
Proficiency in affiliate management tools (e.g., HasOffers, Impact) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build lasting relationships with affiliate partners.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and make data-driven decisions.
Preferred Skills
Experience working with global affiliates and familiarity with international markets.
Knowledge of financial and regulatory compliance requirements in affiliate marketing (e.g., AML, KYC).
Familiarity with digital marketing strategies such as SEO, PPC, and content marketing.
Educational Background
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Experience
3+ years of experience in affiliate marketing or partnership management, preferably within the fintech, bullion trading, or financial services sectors.
