The Role

As our Mid-Level Operations Project Manager, you'll be the operational arm of Payhaps, working directly

with our co-founders across multiple critical streams:

Operations Management:

Own and monitor all operational tasks, ensuring seamless execution across operations, legal, analytics, business planning, and documentation

Sales Support:

Engage with merchants, pitch to prospects, and close B2B deals to grow our client base

Marketing Contribution:

Develop marketing materials and shape our brand as we scale

What We're Looking For

Must-Haves:

Master's degree with 5-10 years of relevant experience

Analytical mindset

with a strong sense of ownership--you take initiative and see things through

Performance-driven

mentality--this isn't a 9-to-5 role; it's about results

Exceptional communication skills

to manage multiple stakeholders at various levels

Problem-solving DNA

--we need doers, not talkers

Nice-to-Haves:

Background in fintech or payment solutions

Experience with Payment Service Providers (PSPs)
