Oversee execution of all finishing activities such as plastering, tiling, painting, flooring, false ceilings, and joinery works.
Ensure finishing works are carried out in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and project quality requirements.
Plan and manage daily work activities of subcontractors, foremen, and skilled labor on site.
Track work progress, identify delays, and take corrective actions to meet project schedules.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure workmanship quality, finishing details, and compliance with safety standards.
Coordinate with QA/QC, site engineers, and project management for inspections and approvals.
Identify and report site issues, constraints, and progress updates to the Site Manager / Project Engineer.
Qualifications & Experience
Diploma or Technical Certificate in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
Minimum 3-6 years of experience in supervising finishing works for residential, commercial, or high-rise buildings.
In-depth knowledge of finishing materials, installation methods, and quality benchmarks.
Ability to read, interpret, and implement construction drawings and specifications.
