The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing finishing operations, ensuring high-quality output, and leading teams effectively. This is a relocation-based role with full support provided for food, housing, and transport.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage all finishing activities including joinery, painting, polishing, tiling, ceilings, and wall finishes.
Coordinate with production, design, and quality teams to ensure timely and accurate execution.
Ensure all finishing works meet design specifications and quality standards.
Conduct regular inspections and resolve any issues related to finishing.
Lead and manage finishing teams, ensuring productivity and discipline.
Maintain safety protocols and compliance with company standards.
Report progress and challenges to senior management regularly.
Requirements:
Minimum
10 years of experience
in finishing supervision within the interior fit-out industry.
Strong background in factory-based finishing operations.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to relocate to Nigeria.
Experience working in multicultural environments is an advantage.
Preferred Qualifications:
Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
Familiarity with international fit-out standards and practices.
Knowledge of ERP or project management tools.
