Main Responsibilities:
Supervise and control all
steel erection and alignment works
at site.
Review drawings and ensure correct assembly and orientation of steel members.
Plan daily activities and allocate manpower, tools, and equipment effectively.
Coordinate with fabrication yard, logistics, QC, and safety departments.
Ensure proper use of lifting equipment and compliance with
HSE procedures
.
Inspect bolting, welding, and connections to meet project specifications.
Maintain
site progress reports, material tracking
, and work documentation.
Resolve site-level issues and provide technical guidance to the erection team.
Requirements:
Bachelor's / Diploma in Civil or Mechanical Engineering.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in
steel structure erection projects
.
Sound knowledge of
rigging plans, erection sequences, and safety norms
.
Capable of managing multi-skilled erection crews.
Good communication and reporting skills.
