Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced

Finishing Site Engineer

to oversee and execute architectural finishing works on high-rise building projects in Dubai. The ideal candidate must have a strong technical background, keen attention to detail, and hands-on experience in coordinating various finishing activities from shell and core to handover.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily site activities related to

interior and exterior finishing works

, including: Gypsum partitions and ceilings Painting, plastering Tiling and marble works Joinery and woodworks Aluminum, glass, and facade finishes Ensure all finishing works are carried out

as per drawings, specifications, quality standards, and timeline

. Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers to manage and verify site execution. Conduct site inspections, snagging, and follow-up on corrective actions. Prepare

daily and weekly progress reports

, highlighting challenges and status of finishing activities. Ensure compliance with

Dubai Municipality, Trakhees, or relevant authority regulations

. Assist in the procurement of finishing materials and ensure proper handling and storage on-site. Resolve technical issues, attend site meetings, and communicate clearly with all stakeholders. Ensure

safety procedures

are followed on site in coordination with the HSE team.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in

Civil Engineering

or equivalent. Minimum

5-7 years of UAE experience

, specifically in

high-rise building finishing

works. Strong knowledge of

finishing materials

, methods, and quality control standards. Ability to read and interpret architectural and shop drawings. Proficient in

AutoCAD

,

MS Office

, and construction project software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project is a plus). Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Must be able to manage multiple tasks and subcontractors under pressure. UAE Driving License is an advantage.
