Job Summary

VICC is seeking a highly skilled Finishing Manager to lead and supervise all fit?out and finishing activities across our construction projects in Dubai. The ideal candidate will ensure that all finishing works are executed to the highest standards of quality, delivered on time, and aligned with project specifications and client expectations. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to coordinate multiple teams and subcontractors in a fast?paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee and manage all fit?out and finishing works on assigned projects. Ensure finishing activities comply with project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations. Coordinate with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow. Prepare and monitor work schedules, manpower allocation, and material requirements. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure workmanship meets VICC's quality benchmarks. Resolve technical issues related to finishing works and provide on?site guidance. Review and approve shop drawings, material samples, and mock?ups. Track project progress and report updates to senior management. Ensure timely completion of finishing works within budget and schedule. Maintain strong communication with clients and consultants regarding finishing deliverables.
Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field. Minimum 10-12 years of experience in finishing and fit?out works within the construction industry (UAE experience preferred). Strong knowledge of interior finishes, materials, installation methods, and quality standards. Proven ability to manage multiple subcontractors and site teams. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem?solving skills. Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and technical documents. Strong attention to detail and commitment to high?quality delivery.
