We are seeking a detail-oriented

Finishing Inspector

to oversee and ensure high-quality finishing works for a villa infrastructure project. The ideal candidate will be responsible for inspecting finishes, verifying compliance with project specifications, and coordinating with contractors to maintain quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Inspect all finishing works including plastering, painting, flooring, tiling, and carpentry to ensure compliance with design specifications and quality standards. Identify defects or deviations and coordinate corrective actions with contractors and site teams. Review material quality, workmanship, and adherence to project specifications. Maintain detailed inspection reports and document progress for management review. Ensure all finishing works comply with health, safety, and environmental standards. Collaborate with project engineers, architects, and contractors to resolve finishing-related issues. Monitor timelines to ensure finishing works are completed according to schedule without compromising quality.

Qualifications & Skills:

Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field. Proven experience as a finishing inspector or quality control engineer in villa or residential projects. Strong knowledge of finishing materials, techniques, and construction standards. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Good communication and coordination abilities to work effectively with contractors and site teams. Familiarity with quality control procedures, safety standards, and site inspection protocols.
