Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Carry out finishing carpentry tasks at the workshop and at client sites, according to the project schedule. Measure, cut, shape, and install wood or wood-based materials as per approved drawings and specifications. Install finishing elements including doors, door frames, cabinets, wardrobes, wall panels, skirting, decorative trims, and moldings. Read and interpret shop drawings and adapt to changes as needed. Ensure precise fitting, alignment, and high-end finishing of all carpentry elements. Operate carpentry tools and machinery (e.g., saws, routers, nail guns) safely and effectively. Perform on-site adjustments and minor repairs when required. Maintain clean, organized, and safe working areas both in the workshop and on-site. Support other site-related or workshop tasks beyond core carpentry work, based on the employee's known technical skills, as assigned by the supervisor. Follow safety protocols and UAE labor and site safety regulations. Communicate with site supervisors regarding measurements, materials, and project timelines .Collaborate with team members and follow supervisor instructions to ensure high-quality project execution.
Skills & Requirements:

Proven experience as a finishing carpenter, preferably in fit-out or interior projects. Skilled in using various hand tools and power equipment. Strong understanding of wood materials and finishing techniques. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints. High attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship. Flexibility to work both on-site and in workshop environments. Good physical condition and ability to work in different site conditions. Team-oriented with effective communication skills - English
