Requirements / Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering or a related field. Finishing experience is a must. Proven experience as a Finishing Inspector on residential building projects. Strong knowledge of Finishing materials, methods, and quality control processes. Familiarity with DUBAI construction regulations and experience working on projects within the region. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with project teams and stakeholders. Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy in inspection documentation.
A background in an engineering consultancy office in Dubai

Responsibilities:

Inspection and Compliance: Conduct on-site inspections to ensure that Finishing activities adhere to project specifications, approved drawings, and relevant codes and standards. Quality Control: Monitor and assess the quality of workmanship, materials, and Finishing methods to ensure compliance with established quality standards. Documentation: Maintain detailed and accurate inspection records, including daily reports, photos, and any deviations from project specifications. Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, engineers, and contractors to address and resolve any issues related to construction quality and compliance. Consultancy Experience: Apply your consultancy background to provide valuable insights and recommendations for optimizing construction processes. Progress Reporting: Provide regular updates on construction progress, highlighting any deviations or potential risks to project timelines.
