We are currently looking Finastra Trade Innovation (FTI) for our Qatar operations with the following terms & conditions.
Key Responsibilities:
System Administration & Maintenance
Manage, monitor, and maintain the Finastra Trade Innovation (FTI) application, database, and interfaces.
Perform daily system health checks, batch monitoring, and job scheduling.
Apply configuration changes, patches, and upgrades in coordination with vendors and internal teams.
Ensure optimal system performance, availability, and reliability.
Technical Support
Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support for trade finance system incidents and service requests.
Troubleshoot application, integration, and data-related issues between FTI and other banking systems (e.g., Core Banking, SWIFT, DMS).
Log, track, and resolve incidents within SLA through the IT service management system.
Liaise with Finastra support and internal IT teams for complex issues (Level 3 escalation).
Joining time frame: 2 weeks (maximum 1 month)
