Synopsis This position plays a key role in leading and developing financial partnerships and teams. This role will be responsible for strategic planning, developing and managing relationships with key partners to enhance business growth, product offerings and members acquisition through mutually beneficial partnerships. Accountabilities
Initiate, maintain and grow strategic partnerships including developing new partnerships that bring value to Etihad's key markets.
Achieve annual miles billing target as per annual budget by co-brand partner and points exchange partner
Achieve spend target in line with Visa spends to achieve incentives - by partner
Ensure acquisition target met annual basis through co-brand and points exchange partner
Facilitate and review contract negotiations, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and clear deliverables and tracking of minimum commitments from partner.
Liaise with legal and marketing to ensure partner launches and campaign driving occur in a timely fashion
Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Systems, or a related field (MBA preferred).
Minimum 5 years of experience in an airline loyalty program or a related field, with experience working with loyalty management systems and financial partners.
Experience in launching and growing an airline cobranded financial product.
Strong business acumen and understanding of market dynamics.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Proven leadership abilities to manage and motivate a team.
Ability to work cross- functionally with various internal stakeholders to ensure successful partnership execution.
Experience in contract review and legal considerations related to partnerships.
Ability to manage multiple priorities, work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
