Key Responsibilities

• Design and maintain the target enterprise architecture aligned to business and IT strategy for financial services transformation
• Develop business architecture and capability models and conduct maturity assessments
• Define solution approaches to meet business demands and perform impact analysis across applications, data, and integrations
• Identify, assess, and recommend technologies and platforms through RFI and RFP processes
• Review the application portfolio to drive consolidation, modernization, retirement, and upgrades
• Establish application, data, integration, and cloud standards that support strategic and regulatory requirements
• Participate in enterprise architecture governance forums and design reviews for major initiatives
• Research emerging technologies to address capability gaps and improve scalability, security, and efficiency
• Introduce innovative solutions and lead proof of concept and proof of technology initiatives
• Facilitate scoping sessions and architecture workshops with business and IT stakeholders to align roadmaps and priorities

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline
• Extensive experience in enterprise architecture within financial services or regulated environments
• Strong understanding of application, data, integration, and cloud architecture patterns
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and guide large-scale transformation initiatives
• Experience aligning architecture decisions with regulatory, risk, and compliance requirements
