Customer Service: Serve as the first point of contact for customers, respond to account inquiries, and resolve issues via phone, email, or chat* Transaction Processing: Accurately process transactions such as fund transfers, check cashing, loan applications, and account updates* Product and Service Promotion: Inform customers about new products and services, and identify opportunities to cross-sell based on individual needs* Compliance and Policy: Ensure compliance with all banking regulations and clearly explain policies, procedures, and fees to customers* Problem-Solving and Escalation: Troubleshoot customer concerns, provide solutions, and escalate complex issues when necessary* Documentation: Maintain precise records of customer interactions and transactions* Feedback: Report recurring issues to management and suggest service improvements*
