Job Summary: The Financial Reporting Accountant is responsible for preparing accurate and timely financial reports, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, laws, and regulations. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare financial statements: Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. - Financial reporting: Prepare and review financial reports for management, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations. - Accounting standards: Stay up-to-date with changes in accounting standards, laws, and regulations, and ensure compliance in financial reporting. - Financial analysis: Analyze financial data and identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement, providing insights to management and stakeholders. - Collaboration: Work closely with the finance team, management, and external auditors to ensure smooth financial reporting process. - Month-end and year-end close: Assist in month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting. - Audit support: Provide support to external auditors during financial audits, ensuring timely and accurate responses to audit requests. Requirements: - Professional qualification: ACCA, CA, CPA, or equivalent. - Experience: 2-5 years of experience in financial reporting and accounting. - Skills: - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure. - Proficiency in financial reporting software and systems.
