Investment Support Specialist
, If you have a strong background in financial operations and vendor coordination, and you're ready to contribute to a fast-paced investment environment, we'd love to hear from you.Key Responsibilities:
Issue and manage Purchase Orders (POs) Review Proof of Execution (POE) and validate invoices Coordinate with the Accounts Payable team to release vendor payments Follow up with vendors and suppliers on investment-related matters Assist in budget preparation, fund tracking, and allocation Maintain accurate records and reports for investment activities
Requirements:
Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, or investment support Strong understanding of financial documentation and budgeting Excellent communication and coordination skills Experience in accounts payable or vendor management Proficiency in MS Excel and financial systems Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Own visa preferred
