Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Manage and control all financial operations across group companies. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. Manage cash flow, working capital, and banking facilities. Oversee project costing, profitability, and margin analysis. Ensure compliance with
UAE VAT and Corporate Tax
regulations. Coordinate with auditors, banks, and external consultants. Improve financial systems, controls, and ERP processes. Lead and develop the finance and accounting teams.Requirements
10-15 years of experience in finance, with proven exposure to
Ready Mix or Contracting
. Minimum 5 years in asenior finance / managerial role
. Strong knowledge ofproject-based accounting and costing
. Solid experience inUAE VAT & Corporate Tax
. Professional qualification preferred (ACCA, CPA, CMA
). Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.Preferred Candidate
Experience within
multi-entity group structures
. Strong understanding of construction and ready mix operations. Immediate or short-notice availability is an advantage.We Offer
